摘要
在超声急诊临床工作中,妇科急腹症患者十分常见,超声是现阶段在临床各级医疗机构广泛使用的影像学检查手段,其特点包括检查便捷、无创无痛、可重复性强、经济性优等.超声在妇科急腹症初步筛查辅助诊断中有着举足轻重的作用,常见妇科急腹症有宫外孕、黄体破裂、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、子宫穿孔以及各种急性妇科炎症等.随着卵巢肿瘤发病越来越多样化,因卵巢肿瘤引起的腹痛而急诊就诊的情况逐渐增多,急需引起重视.本文将围绕超声诊断在卵巢肿瘤引起急腹症时的应用情况做一综述,以利于超声医生在诊断妇科急腹症时有关于卵巢肿瘤更合理的临床思考.
Abstract
In the emergency clinical work of ultrasound,patients with gynecological acute abdomen are very common.Ultrasound is a widely used imaging examination method in clinical medical institutions at all levels at the present stage.Its characteristics include convenient examination,non-invasive and painless,strong repeatability,and excellent economic performance.Ultrasound plays a pivotal role in the preliminary screening and diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Common gynecological acute abdomen include ectopic pregnancy,luteal rupture,ovarian cyst torsion,uterine perforation and various acute gynecological inflammation.As the incidence of ovarian tumors becomes more and more diversified,the situation of abdominal pain caused by ovarian tumors is gradually increasing,which urgently needs to be paid attention to.This paper will focus on the application of ultrasound diagnosis in ovarian tumors caused by acute abdomen,so as to facilitate the more reasonable clinical thinking about ovarian tumors in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.
