低剂量CT扫描技术在头颈部CTA中的应用价值

摘要
目的:分析低剂量CT扫描技术在头颈部CT血管造影(CTA)中的应用价值.方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月在新泰市中医医院接受头颈部CTA检查的 100 例患者为研究对象,根据检查时剂量不同分成观察组(低剂量CT)和对照组(常规剂量CT),每组 50例.比较两组患者头颈部CTA图像质量优良率、图像客观质量、辐射剂量、噪声及体质量指数(BMI)值.结果:观察组患者头颈部CTA图像质量优良率为 96.00%,与对照组患者头颈部CTA图像质量优良率 94.00%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组患者头颈部CTA图像颈总动脉平均值(Mean)、基底动脉中心Mean与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者头颈部CTA图像背景噪声(N)低于对照组、颈总动脉图像信噪比(SNR)与基底动脉中心SNR低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者头颈部CTA剂量长度乘积(DLP)、容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)、有效辐射剂量(ED)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者颈内动脉虹吸段CT值和BMI与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:将低剂量CT扫描技术应用于头颈部CTA检查,与常规剂量相比,图像质量无明显差异,诊断准确率无较大影响,能够降低辐射剂量,具有较高应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of low dose CT scanning technique in head and neck CTA.Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed with head and neck CTA in Xintai hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(low-dose CT)and control group(conventional dose CT)according to different doses during examination,with 50 cases in each group.The image quality,objective image quality,radiation dose,noise and body mass index(BMI)were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent quality rate of low-dose CT scan in the observation group was 96.00%compared with 94.00%in the conventional dose CT scan group(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance between the observation group and the control group in the objective image quality of common carotid artery Mean and basilar artery Mean(P>0.05).The image background noise(N)of head and neck CTA evaluation result of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of common carotid artery and basilar artery central SNR were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Dose-length product(DLP),weighted CT dose index volume(CTDIvol),effective dose(ED)and other indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in internal carotid artery siphon segment CT values and BMI between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Low-dose CT scan has a good effect in the diagnosis of head and neck CTA.Compared with conventional dose,the image quality is not significantly different,the radiation dose is reduced,and the diagnostic accuracy is not significantly affected,which has high application value.
