超声在男性不育症诊断中的应用研究进展

摘要
目前,临床对男性不育症的关注度逐渐提升,但其具体的发病机制尚不完全明确,虽认为其病因有睾丸局部温度升高、血管活性物质毒性作用、睾丸微循环障碍等,却超过 60%男性不育症患者不能明确病因,因此,加强其早期诊断具有重要意义.本文主要论述灰阶超声、彩色多普勒超声、能量多普勒超声、三维超声、超声造影、实时超声弹性成像等超声技术在男性不育症诊断中的应用进展.
Abstract
Male infertility is currently widely concerned,the specific pathogenesis was not yet clear,and the etiology included local testicular temperature rise,toxic effects of vasoactive substances,testicular microcirculation disorders.However,due to the influence of various factors,more than 60.00%of male infertility patients can not identify the cause.Therefore,strengthening early diagnosis was important.In this paper,the current situation of male infertility is summarized,and the application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of male infertility is emphasized:gray scale ultrasound,color Doppler ultrasound,energy Doppler ultrasound,three-dimensional ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,real-time ultrasonic elastography,etc.
