埋伏牙一直是口腔临床医学中研究的重点内容,也是攻克难度较高的一项内容,尤其难以进行埋伏牙定位.埋伏牙临床多见于第三磨牙,其次为上颌尖牙,第二双尖牙、额外牙等,有时患者会有双侧埋伏牙.目前口腔临床治疗中主要采用X光片检查,确定患者埋伏牙的位置.面对复杂埋伏牙病症,口腔锥形束CT具有高精度、高清晰度等特点,可以更精准地辅助医生对埋伏牙进行定位,提高埋伏牙处置的高效性与安全性.本文针对口腔锥形束CT在埋伏牙定位中的应用进展进行综述.
Impacted teeth have always been a key research topic in clinical dentistry,and it is also a difficult task to overcome,especially in locating embedded teeth.Impacted teeth are commonly seen in clinical practice in third molars,followed by maxillary canines,second bicuspid teeth,extra teeth,etc.Sometimes patients may have bilateral impacted teeth.At present,X-ray examination is mainly used in clinical oral treatment to determine the location of the patient's embedded teeth.In the face of complex embedded tooth diseases,oral cone beam CT has the characteristics of high precision and high clarity,which can more accurately assist dentists in locating embedded teeth,improve the efficiency and safety of embedded tooth disposal.This article provides a review of the application progress of oral cone beam CT in the localization of embedded teeth.
