Objective To explore the value of CT perfusion imaging in the staging and lymph node metastasis diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from July 2021 to August 2023 were selected. All patients underwent CT perfusion imaging, using pathological examination results as the"gold standard".The results of CT perfusion imaging were analyzed to compare the level of CT perfusion parameters in patients with different stages of cervical cancer, compare the CT perfusion parameters in patients with and without lymph node metastasis, and analyze the application value of CT perfusion parameters in the diagnosis of cervical cancer lymph node metastasis. Results The diagnostic accuracy of CT perfusion imaging in cervical cancer staging was 92.50%(74/80).The blood flow(BF)level of stage Ⅲ cervical cancer patients was lower than that of stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅰ,and the permeability surface(PS)level was higher than that of stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅰ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The BF level in cervical cancer patients without lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients with lymph node metastasis, the PS level was lower than that of patients with lymph node metastasis, with significant differences(P<0.001).The diagnostic value of BF in CT perfusion parameters was higher, the sensitivity was 0.862,the specificity was 0.682 and the area under the curve(AUC)was 0.843.The diagnostic value of PS was slightly lower, the sensitivity was 0.672,the specificity was 0.818,and the AUC was 0.817.Conclusion CT perfusion imaging has high clinical application value in clarifying the staging and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer.By analyzing the changes in various indicators to determine the patient's staging status and lymph node metastasis,it can provide effective reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and has high clinical promotion and application value.
