本文综述了高分辨率CT(HRCT)在评估肺腺癌磨玻璃结节(GGN)浸润性方面的研究进展.通过对GGN的定量参数(如大小、密度、质量等)和定性征象(如分叶征、毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征等)的分析,预测GGN的浸润程度.然而,现有方法主观性强、效率低,且易漏诊、误诊.近年来,人工智能(AI)辅助肺结节诊断的应用取得了显著效果,其可迅速识别肺结节,提高准确率,减少漏诊和误诊.未来,随着临床评估标准的统一和AI技术的进一步发展,对GGN浸润性的预判将更加准确,以实现患者的精准医疗.
This article reviews the research progress of high-resolution CT(HRCT)in evaluating the infiltration of ground glass nodules(GGN)in lung adenocarcinoma.By analyzing the quantitative parameters(such as size,density,mass,etc.)and qualitative sign(such as lobulation sign,spiculation sign,pleural depression sign,etc.)of GGN,predict the degree of infiltration of GGN.However,existing methods have strong subjectivity,low efficiency,and are prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.In recent years,the application of artificial intelligence(AI)assisted diagnosis of pulmonary nodules has achieved significant results.It can quickly identify pulmonary nodules,improve accuracy,and reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.In the future,with the unification of clinical evaluation standards and further development of AI technology,the prediction of GGN infiltration will be more accurate to achieve precise medical care for patients.
