Objective Exploring the value of real-time cine magnetic resonance imaging in improving the efficiency of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging. Methods 144 patients with good ventilation effects admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from December 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 100 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group. At the same time, patients were given traditional and real-time magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)film scans to compare and observe the cardiac function indicators, consistency evaluation in cardiac function diagnosis, and scan duration of different scanning methods, and explore the diagnostic value of MRI real-time film scans. Results There was no statistically significant difference in LVEF,LVEDV,LVESD and LVCO under different magnetic resonance scanning methods(P>0.05).The LVEF,LVEDV,LVESD and LVCO of the observation group patients were compared with the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In consistency analysis, traditional cine imaging and real-time magnetic resonance cine scanning had high consistency and good value in cardiac function evaluation. The scanning time of real-time movie imaging was significantly shorter than that of traditional movie imaging, and the success rate of real-time movie scanning is 96.53%,which was significantly higher than 84.03%of traditional movie scanning, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Real time magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in cardiac MRI scanning can effectively evaluate heart function, shorten scanning time, improve success rate, and is more practical and has high application value for patients with poor breath retention.
