摘要
心力衰竭(HF)是多种心血管病的严重表现或中晚期阶段,临床多以呼吸困难就诊,急诊科医生需要对患者病情做出快速判断以免延误病情.近年来,在心、肺部疾病的诊断中,超声检查地位在逐步上升.肺部超声作为评估肺水的监测手段之一,在心衰患者病情评估及预后方面发挥着越来越重要的作用.本文对肺超声原理、检查方法及在心力衰竭中的应用进行综述.
Abstract
Heart failure(HF)is a serious manifestation or mid to late stage of various cardiovascular diseases.In clinical practice,it is mainly treated with difficulty breathing.Emergency doctors need to make quick judgments on the patient's condition to avoid delaying the condition;In recent years,the status of ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of heart and lung diseases has gradually increased;Lung ultrasound,as one of the monitoring methods for evaluating pulmonary fluid,plays an increasingly important role in evaluating the condition and prognosis of heart failure patients;This article provides a review of the principles,examination methods,and applications of pulmonary ultrasound in heart failure.
