摘要
放射科是医院重要的辅助检查科室,随着影像学的迅猛发展和不断更新的影像技术,放射科护理人员需要不断跟进学习最新的相关技术.由于放射科涵盖了大量零散且复杂的知识点,其中一些重点和难点不够突出,又与其他学科如生理学、病理学等紧密相关,护理人员很难找到连续的学习时间.如何进一步提高放射科护理人员的技能水平,成为放射科教学中面临的一项重要挑战.本文从制定合理的培训计划、加强实践练习、多种教学方法相结合、建立完善的考核评估体系等方面探讨放射科护理技能训练教学经验,并思考其中存在的不足,为提高教学效果,为实际教学提供有益的参考.
Abstract
Radiology is an important auxiliary examination department in hospitals.With the rapid development of imaging and constantly updated imaging technologies,radiology nursing staff need to constantly follow up and learn the latest related technologies.Due to the fact that radiology encompasses a large number of scattered and complex knowledge points,some of which are not prominent enough,and are closely related to other disciplines such as physiology and pathology,nursing stafffind it difficult to find continuous learning time.How to further improve the skill level of radiology nursing staffhas become an important challenge in radiology teaching.This article explores the teaching experience of nursing skills training in radiology from the aspects of formulating a reasonable training plan,strengthening practical exercises,combining multiple teaching methods,and establishing a sound assessment and evaluation system.It also considers the shortcomings and provides useful references for improving teaching effectiveness and practical teaching.
