CTA在冠心病中的诊断价值分析

摘要
目的:分析冠状动脉CT血管成像(CTA)技术在冠心病中的诊断价值.方法:选择2022年7月—2023年7月山东省立医院菏泽医院收治的70例疑似冠心病患者,均实施CTA与CAG检查,以CAG结果为"金标准",分析CTA的诊断价值.结果:70例疑似冠心病患者经CAG检查阳性 62 例,阴性 8 例.CTA检测阳性 61 例,阴性 9 例,CTA检查冠心病的准确率 95.71%、灵敏度 96.77%、特异度87.50%均较高,与CAG一致性较好(Kappa值=0.799).CAG检出15例轻度狭窄、20例中度狭窄、18例重度狭窄、9例完全闭塞;CTA诊断不同狭窄程度的准确率为 91.94%(57/62).结论:冠脉CTA能较好地诊断出冠心病情况,对冠状动脉狭窄的检出率较高,可为临床提供可靠的影像数据.
Abstract
Objective To compare analyze the diagnostic value of coronary CT angiography(CTA)in coronary heart disease.Methods 70 patients with suspected coronary heart disease treated in Shandong Provincial Hospital Heze Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected for CTA and coronary angiography(CAG)examination.CAG results were used as the"gold standard"to analyze the diagnostic value of CTA.Results A total of 70 suspected patients with coronary heart disease,62 were positive and 8 were negative.There were 61 CTA positive cases and 9 negative cases.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of CTA for coronary heart disease were 95.71%,96.77%and 87.50%,and the consistency was well with CAG(Kappa value=0.799).CAG detected 15 cases of mild stenosis,20 cases of moderate stenosis,18 cases of severe stenosis,and 9 cases of complete occlusion.The accuracy of CTA in diagnosing different stenosis degrees was 91.94%(57/62).Conclusion Coronary CTA can better diagnose coronary heart disease and has a high detection rate of coronary artery stenosis,which provides reliable imaging data for clinic.
