Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of two-dimensional cross-sectional combined with Omniview technology in ultrasound screening of fetal corpus callosum. Methods The clinical data of 116 pregnant women examined in Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. All pregnant women were screened fetal corpus callosum by two-dimensional cross-sectional combined with Omniview technology, and the relevant data were analyzed. Results Among 116 fetuses,38 fetuses were 20-25 weeks,33 fetuses were 26-30 weeks,25 fetuses were 31-35 weeks and 20 fetuses were 36-40 weeks.Linear regression and linear correlation analysis showed that the diameters of corpus callosum were positively correlated with occipitofrontal diameters. The specific correlation coefficients were as follows:knee of the corpus callosum 0.840,precursor of the corpus callosum 0.600,anterior midbody of the corpus callosum 0.640,posterior midbody of the corpus callosum 0.670,isthmus of the corpus callosum 0.700,compressive part of the corpus callosum 0.810,anterior and posterior diameter of the corpus callosum 0.950.Of the 116 fetuses, ultrasound showed 55 were male and 61 were female.Through comparative analysis of the diametral values of different parts of the seven groups, the results showed that there were no significant differences in corpus callosum thickness and anterior and posterior diametral values between the male and female fetal groups(P>0.05),that is,the thickness and anterior and posterior diametral values of the male fetal group and the female fetal group were not correlated with gender. Conclusion Two-dimensional cross-sectional combined with Omniview technique is a simple and rapid method for screening fetal corpus callosum, which can improve the diagnostic efficiency and evaluate and diagnose the fetal nervous system more effectively, providing useful information for the early detection of fetal nervous system abnormalities.
