Objective To analyze the value of magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)and multi-spiral CT in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 1000 suspected ischemic stroke patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Heze from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and given MRA and multi-spiral CT examinations.The diagnostic efficacy of MRA and multi-spiral CT was compared with the comprehensive clinical diagnosis results as the gold standard.Results The sensitivity and accuracy of MRA in the examination of ischemic stroke were significantly higher than that of multi-spiral CT(P<0.05).MRA examination of the internal carotid artery,left and right middle cerebral artery and different lesion locations of the total detection coincidence rate was significantly higher than that of multi-spiral CT examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MRA in the diagnosis of patients with ischemic stroke can obtain better results,which can clarify the actual condition of the disease,help to improve the detection rate of the disease,and provide scientific basis for the treatment of the disease.
