弥散张量成像在脑卒中吞咽障碍治疗效果评价中的研究进展

摘要
脑卒中在临床上非常常见,很多脑卒中患者在接受治疗后,容易出现各种后遗症.其中,吞咽障碍属于常见后遗症,当患者出现吞咽障碍后,会对患者的日常生活产生很大的影响,所以及时进行治疗非常关键.在脑卒中吞咽障碍治疗中,选择科学合理的方式对治疗效果进行评估很重要,弥散张量成像的应用可以很好地评价患者的治疗效果,从而为后续的治疗提供指导,更好地改善患者的吞咽障碍情况,促进患者康复.
Abstract
Stroke is very common in clinical practice,and many stroke patients are prone to various sequelae after receiving treatment.Among them,swallowing disorders are common sequelae.When patients experience swallowing disorders,it will have a significant impact on their daily life,so timely treatment is crucial.In the treatment of swallowing disorders in stroke,it is important to choose a scientific and reasonable way to evaluate the treatment effect.The application of diffusion tensor imaging can effectively evaluate the treatment effect of patients,provide guidance for subsequent treatment,better improve the swallowing disorders of patients,and promote their recovery.
