Dual energy computer tomography(DECT)is a new energy CT imaging technology that provides a new approach for accurate preoperative diagnosis of gastric cancer. It has certain value in evaluating and judging T-stage,lymph node metastasis, vascular invasion, differentiation degree, therapeutic effect, and prognosis of gastric cancer by obtaining multiple quantitative parameters related to tissue composition:energy spectrum curve, energy spectrum curve slope(K),iodine concentration(IC),normalized iodine concentration(NIC),etc.,and is expected to become an important tool for accurate preoperative diagnosis of gastric cancer.
