摘要
双能CT(DECT)是一种新型的能量CT成像技术,为胃癌术前精准诊断提供了新的思路,其通过获得与组织成分相关的多个定量参数:能谱曲线、能谱曲线斜率(K)、碘浓度(IC)、标准化碘浓度(NIC)等,在胃癌T分期、淋巴结转移、脉管侵犯、分化程度及疗效与预后的评估、判断方面有一定的价值,有望成为胃癌术前精准诊断的重要工具.
Abstract
Dual energy computer tomography(DECT)is a new energy CT imaging technology that provides a new approach for accurate preoperative diagnosis of gastric cancer.It has certain value in evaluating and judging T-stage,lymph node metastasis,vascular invasion,differentiation degree,therapeutic effect,and prognosis of gastric cancer by obtaining multiple quantitative parameters related to tissue composition:energy spectrum curve,energy spectrum curve slope(K),iodine concentration(IC),normalized iodine concentration(NIC),etc.,and is expected to become an important tool for accurate preoperative diagnosis of gastric cancer.
