Objective To analyze the application value and imaging indicators of semi-quantitative ultrasound analysis in the diagnosis of hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods A total of 117 patients with hepatitis B in Hepatobiliary Hospital of Jilin from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected for the diagnosis of cirrhosis by ultrasound semi-quantitative analysis. The application value of ultrasound semi-quantitative analysis in the diagnosis of hepatitis B cirrhosis was analyzed with the results of liver tissue biopsy as the"gold standard",and the relevant imaging indicators of hepatitis B patients with cirrhosis and those without cirrhosis were compared. Results Among 117 patients with hepatitis B,the results of liver biopsy showed that 43 cases had cirrhosis and 74 cases had no cirrhosis. The semi-quantitative parameters and total score of ultrasound in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were higher than those in patients without cirrhosis(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value were 93.02%,97.30%,95.73%,95.24%and 96.00%respectively in the semi-quantitative diagnosis of hepatitis B cirrhosis. The portal blood flow velocity and blood flow in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were lower than those without cirrhosis(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound semi-quantitative analysis has high application value in the diagnosis of hepatitis B cirrhosis. Its sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and predictive value all show excellent results, and related imaging indicators such as portal vein blood flow velocity and blood flow also show differences.
