摘要

急性心肌梗死(AMI)是一种常见的心血管疾病,经冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)是有效的治疗手段,其预后评估一直是临床工作中的重中之重,影像学技术能够为AMI患者进一步的诊疗计划提供可靠依据.本文旨在对计算机断层扫描(CT)、磁共振成像(MRI)及超声(US)检查评估AMI患者PCI术预后的研究状况和进展进行综述分析.

Abstract

Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a cardiovascular disease.percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is an effective treatment method,and its prognosis assessment is important.Imaging techniques can provide a reliable basis for the further diagnosis and treatment plan of patients with AMI.This article aims to retrospect and analysis the research status and progress of computed tomography(CT),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and ultrasound(US)in evaluating the prognosis of PCI in patients with AMI.
