Application of dual source CT low-dose coronary imaging technology in the grading diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease
Objective To explore the application effect of dual-source CT low-dose coronary imaging in the graded diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 266 patients with coronary heart disease treated in Qujing First People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected. The patients were divided into the conventional dose group(n=133)and the low dose group(n=133).The conventional dose group was set up with a tube voltage of 120 kV for double-source CT coronary imaging, and the low-dose group was set up with a tube voltage of 100 kV for low-dose double-source CT coronary imaging. The differences of coronary imaging quality and ionizing radiation between the two groups were compared, and the clinical efficacy of different CT examination schemes in the diagnosis of coronary stenosis and the consistency in the classification of stenosis degree were analyzed using coronary angiography as the gold standard. Results There was no significant difference in coronary artery imaging quality between the two groups(P>0.05).The ionizing radiation in the low-dose group was significantly lower than the conventional dose group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis between the two groups(P>0.05).The results of diagnosis of coronary stenosis degree in the conventional dose group and the low dose group were in good agreement with coronary angiography. Conclusion Dual-source CT low-dose coronary imaging technology has no obvious effect on the quality of coronary imaging, and can obtain satisfactory classification diagnosis effect of coronary stenosis, and reduce patients'exposure to ionizing radiation, which is worthy of popularization and application.
