Objective To explore the value of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors. Methods 60 patients with ovarian tumors admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the subjects. After admission, transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound were performed, and the ultrasound diagnosis results were compared with pathological diagnosis,to analyze the differences in accuracy, specificity, sensitivity, and other aspects between single diagnosis and combined diagnosis. Results The sensitivity and accuracy of joint diagnosis were higher than those of single diagnosis(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the specificity between joint diagnosis and single diagnosis(P>0.05).The maximum peak blood flow, average flow velocity, pulsatility index, and resistance index of patients with malignant tumors were lower than those of patients with benign tumors(P<0.05).The difference in blood flow signal distribution between benign and malignant tumors was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors, the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound can effectively improve the accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity of clinical diagnosis for this group of patients, and help patients quickly make a diagnosis.
