Uterine sarcoma is a rare malignant tumor of the female reproductive system.It is highly aggressive and lacks specific clinical manifestations.MRI plays an important role in evaluating the uterine masses which can identify tumors the tumor by morphological and signal characteristics,the relationship with surrounding structures,and preliminary judgment of benign and malignant.At present,the combined application of multiple MRI parameter technologies,such as diffusion weighted imaging(DWI),dynamic enhancement,etc.,can provide more information in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of uterine sarcoma,and provide help for clinical development of treatment plans.
