Objective To analyze the early diagnostic efficacy of magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)combined with serum cysteine-rich protein 61(CYR61)and ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolase 1(UCH-L1)in hyperacute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 94 patients with suspected hyperacute cerebral infarction who visited Linyi Central Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected,of whom 23 were finally clinically diagnosed with hyperacute cerebral infarction.DWI examinations, serum CYR61 and UCH-L1 tests were performed on the patients, and the magnetic resonance parameters and serum CYR61 and UCH-L1 levels were compared between those with hyperacute cerebral infarction and those without cerebral infarction, and the diagnostic efficacy of magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging technology combined with serum CYR61 and UCH-L1 in hyperacute cerebral infarction was analyzed. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of early diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction by DWI were 82.61%(19/23),100.00%(71/71)and 95.74%(90/94).Serum CYR61 and UCH-L1 in patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction were higher than those without cerebral infarction(P<0.05).The diagnostic value of the combination of magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging, serum CYR61 and UCH-L1 was higher, and the area under the curve of receiver operating characteristic was 0.943.Conclusion MRI diffusion-weighted imaging, serum CYR61 and UCH-L1 are all valuable in the early diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction, and the combined diagnosis is more valuable.
