The choice of delivery mode has long been the focus of obstetric concern.Transperineal four-dimensional ultrasound technology can directly examine the pelvic floor structure of pregnant women,evaluate cervical function,and have application value in predicting the mode of delivery.This article provides a review of the application of pelvic floor,cervical,and fetal measurement parameters in pregnancy and delivery.
