Objective To explore the feasibility of high heart rate coronary CT angiography(CCTA)in the third generation Siemens CT Turbo Flash scanning mode. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent CCTA examination in the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group.Group A was scanned by the 3rd generation dual-source CT prospective electrocardiogated Turbo Flash mode, group B was scanned by the 3rd generation dual-source CT retrospective electrocardiogated mode.CT values of aortic root(AR),left main coronary artery(LM),right coronary artery(RCA),image signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),image contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR),subjective score of CT image quality and effective radiation dose(ED)were evaluated in the both groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in CT values of AR,LM and RCA images,SNR and CNR,and CT values of LAD images between the two groups(P>0.05),while there were statistically significant differences in SNR and CNR of LAD images between the two groups(P<0.05).ED in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The subjective score of image quality was compared between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The image quality of CCTA in Turbo Flash scanning mode in patients with high heart rate can basically be used to evaluate coronary pulsation, and the radiation dose is significantly reduced.
