Rheumatic heart disease is a kind of heart valve disease that seriously affects the quality of life and health of patients. As an important means of imaging examination,color Doppler ultrasound plays a key role in the diagnosis,treatment and postoperative evaluation of rheumatic heart disease. This paper describes in detail the application of color Doppler ultrasound before and after rheumatic heart disease surgery,including condition assessment,surgical indication judgment,surgical plan formulation,postoperative efficacy evaluation,complications monitoring and postoperative follow-up management,and further discusses its clinical significance,aiming to provide a more comprehensive reference for clinicians to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic heart disease.
