动脉粥样硬化是缺血性卒中最主要的病因,因此动脉粥样硬化性颈动脉狭窄的早期诊断至关重要.近年来,各类新兴影像学技术不仅可以准确测量颈动脉狭窄程度,还能评估斑块性质、缩短检查时间、减少造影剂的使用等.本文旨在综述动脉粥样硬化性颈动脉狭窄的最新影像学研究进展,并基于这些进展为临床应用提供更优的诊疗选择.通过使用先进的影像技术,医师可以更早地识别高风险患者,从而减少缺血性卒中的发生率.
Atherosclerosis is the leading cause of ischemic stroke,so early diagnosis of atherosclerotic carotid artery stenosis is crucial. In recent years,various emerging imaging techniques can not only accurately measure the degree of carotid artery stenosis,but also evaluate the nature of plaque,shorten the examination time,and reduce contrast dose. The purpose of this article is to summarize the latest imaging advances in atherosclerotic carotid artery stenosis,and based on these advances,to provide better diagnostic and therapeutic options for clinical application. By using advanced imaging techniques,physicians can identify high-risk patients earlier,thereby reducing the incidence of ischemic stroke.
