摘要

锚定2035年建成文化强国的战略目标,推动中国从影视大国向影视强国迈进势在必行.中国影视提升国际传播能力,增强国际传播效能,对建设和建成文化强国、重构国际传播格局、营造有利国际舆论环境、提升国家文化软实力与中华文化国际影响力等都具有重要意义.经过多年探索,中国影视国际传播已经形成作品出海、IP出海、平台出海、产业链出海等多元化的路径.面向文化强国建设,中国影视要不断调整和优化国际传播策略,在"政府搭台,企业唱戏""创新发行,深化合作""拥抱流媒体,主推新形态""一区一策,精准传播""价值通约,文化共情"等方面发力,从而更有效地提升国家文化软实力和中华文化影响力.

Abstract

Anchoring the national goal of building a culturally strong country by 2035,China's film and television industry is at the forefront of moving from a great power to a strong power.In this sense,it is of great significance to enhance the international communication capabilities and effectiveness of China's film and television industry for the sake of building and realizing a culturally strong country,reconstructing the international communication landscape,creating a favorable international public opinion environment,and improving the country's cultural soft power and the international influence of Chinese culture.After years of exploration,China's film and television industry has formed a diversified and effective path for international communication,including exporting works,exporting IPs,exporting platforms,and exporting industrial chains.For better fulfilment of constructing a culturally strong country,China's film and television industry needs to continuously adjust to new situations and optimize its international communication strategies,such as"government provides the stage for enterprises to perform on,""innovative distribution and deepening cooperation,""embrace streaming media while promoting new formats,""one policy one region and precise communication,and"value convergence and cultural empathy,"etc.
