在人类文明互鉴的语境下,面向区域国别的影视国际传播也呈现出新的态势.影视国际传播的贴近性表达与精准触达,需要融通区域国别的研究理念,包括战略性理念、全球化理念、差异化理念和综合性理念,以获得更为丰富的相关知识与信息.面向区域国别的影视国际传播也面对着新的难点及挑战,包括"地方文化个性"与"人类文明共性"的协调表达、从"语言翻译"到"文化转化"的精准话语适配、整体性战略布局与本土化传播策略的综合考量等.应通过提升区域国别视域下中国影视的文化"主体性"、强化影视国际传播的战略统筹、建立区域国别影视国际传播资料库、构建复合型人才培养体系等方式,助力中国影视国际传播的效能提升,推动其高质量发展.
Abstract
In the context of mutual learning among human civilizations,the international dissemination of film and television targeting regions and countries has also shown new trends.The close expressionand pre-cise reach of international film and television communication require the integration of regional and national research concepts,including strategic concepts,globalization concepts,differentiation concepts,and compre-hensive concepts,in order to obtain richer relevant knowledge and information.The international dissemina-tion of film and television targeting regions and countries also faces new difficulties and challenges,inclu-ding the coordinated expression of"local cultural individuality"and"human civilization commonality",precise discourse adaptation from"language translation"to"cultural transformation",comprehensive con-sideration of overall strategic layout and localized broadcasting strategies,etc.Efforts should be made to en-hance the cultural"subjectivity"of Chinese film and television from a regional and national perspective,strengthen the strategic coordination of international film and television communication,establish a regional and national film and television international communication database,and build a comprehensive talent training system to help improve the efficiency of Chinese film and television international communication and promote its high-quality development.
