基于正交试验优选炙淫羊藿动态逆流提取连续生产工艺

为充分利用炙淫羊藿药物疗效,践行中药连续生产新理论,对动态逆流提取连续生产工艺进行研究.基于L8(2)7正交试验优选中药材炙淫羊藿动态逆流提取连续生产工艺.动态逆流提取连续生产7天,生产开始、生产过程每天共取样8次,对炙淫羊藿药材、药渣的宝藿苷Ⅰ含量、总量含量,宝藿苷Ⅰ含量转移率,总量含量转移率,浸出物等进行检查.优选的动态逆流提取连续生产工艺为:粗碎粒径1~5mm、浸润时间30min、加料螺旋推进转速5r/min、提取溶媒加入流量75 L/h、提取螺旋推进转速1~3 r/min、提取时间90min、提取温度100℃,浸膏收率为19.37%、含量转移率检查宝藿苷Ⅰ含量转移率为46.14%、总量含量转移率为63.24%,浸出物为23.07%.优选炙淫羊藿动态逆流提取连续生产工艺重现性好,含量转移率高,操作简便.为中药动态逆流提取连续生产新的生产模式的应用提供了参考依据.
Optimization of dynamic countercurrent extraction of the continuous production process for processed Epimedium based on orthogonal experiment
Objective:In order to make full use of the therapeutic effect of Bromidi and practice the new theory of continuous production of traditional Chinese medicine,the continuous production process of dynamic countercurrent extraction was studied..Methods:Based on L8(2)7 orthogonal test,the dynamic countercurrent extraction and continuous production process of Bromidi Epimedium was optimized.Results:The optimal dynamic countercurrent extraction continuous production process was as follows:Coarse particle size 1-5 mm,infiltration time 30min,feeding spiral advance speed 5 r/min,extraction solvent adding flow 75 L/h,extraction spiral advance speed 1-3 r/min,extraction time 90min,extraction temperature 100℃,The extraction yield was 19.37%,the transfer rate of paucariin I was 46.14%,the total transfer rate was 63.24%,and the extract was 23.07%.Conclusion:The optimal dynamic countercurrent extraction of Bromidi has good reproducibility,high content transfer rate and simple operation.It provides a reference for the application of a new production model for continuous production of Chinese medicine with dynamic countercurrent extraction.
