Research progress of ICP-MS spectrometry in the detection of metal elements in the industrial field
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)is a comprehensive analytical detection technology based on Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)and mass spectrometry(MS),which has broad application prospects in the detection of heavy metals in samples.ICP-MS detection technology has advantages such as low detection limit,high sensitivity,fast analysis speed,and the ability to simultaneously detect multiple heavy metal elements.This article reviews the literature on the analysis and detection of ICP-MS in the industrial field in recent years,and reports on its relatively novel research results in alloys,semiconductors,minerals,water resources,food,daily chemicals,and pharmaceuticals,aiming to provide reference for the development and application of ICP-MS technology.
