Determination of Chloroacetyl Chloride in Tadalafil by Derivatization
The derivatives of chloroacetyl chloride in tadalafil was determined in order to detremine the contents of chloroacetyl chloride in tadalafil indirectly.The method had a good linearty,and recovery and relative standard deriviation of method was complied with requirment.It was indicated that repeatability,robustness and stability was complied with requirment.
