Energy-saving Ways and Measures of Air Conditioning System in Pharmaceutical Clean House
With the new version of the Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP)for pharmaceutical clean room production environment requirements more and more stringent,the energy consumption of purification air conditioning systems in the pharmaceutical industry has increased significantly.This paper elaborates the energy-saving measures of the air conditioning system in pharmaceutical cleanrooms from four aspects:the independent treatment of fresh air,duty conditions,the use of high-efficiency chillers and condensate heat recovery.Through the energy consumption simulation of the actual project,it is verified that the above measures can better save energy and reduce production costs under the premise of meeting the process production environment.
