建立蛇莓提取物中咖啡酸、紫云英苷和翻白叶苷A的含量测定方法.采用HPLC法,Hypersil ODS-C18(250×4.6 mm,5 μm),乙腈(A)-0.15%三氟乙酸水溶液(B)进行梯度洗脱;检测波长:330 nm,流速:1 mL·min-1;柱温35℃.咖啡酸、紫云英苷和翻白叶苷A分别在5.91~236.4 μg·mL-1、4.18~167.2 μg·mL-1、3.548~141.9 μg·mL-1 范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.19%、98.99%和99.00%.该方法准确、方便快捷,可操作性高,可用于蛇莓提取物的质量控制.
Simultaneous Determination of Caffeic Acid,Astragulin and Potengriffioside A in Extract of Duchesnea Indica(Andr.)Focke
To establish a method for determination of caffeic acid,astragulin and potengriffioside A in extract of Duchesnea indica(Andr.)Focke.HPLC method was used for gradient elution of Hypersil ODS-C18(250×4.6 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile(A)-0.15%trifluoroacetic acid solution(B).Detection wavelength:330 nm;flow rate:1 mL·min-1;Column temperature 35℃.Good linear relationship were found in the the range of 5.91-236.4 μg·mL-1 for caffeic acid,4.18-167.2 μg·mL-1 for astragulin,3.548-141.9 μg·mL-1 for potengriffioside A.Their average recoveries were 98.19%,98.99%and 99.00%,respectively.The method is accurate,convenient and highly operable,and can be used for the quality control and evaluation of extract of Duchesnea indica(Andr.)Focke.
