Application of Volumetric Flow Tracking Control Method in Pressure Differential Control in Chemical Laboratories
As the core workplace for scientific researchers,the occupational exposure to toxic and harmful substances in the laboratory directly affects the physical and mental health of every researcher.The volumetric flow tracking control method,as a widely used pressure differential control method in laboratories,is an effective engineering control measure to prevent the overflow of toxic and harmful substances and avoid cross contamination.It has a significant effect on reducing the occupational exposure health risks of scientific researchers.This paper delves into the application conditions,applicability,design process,and influencing factors of volumetric flow tracking control method,and systematically elaborates on it using a chemical laboratory as an example,aiming to provide reference for laboratory design and engineering practice.
