Round Leaves of Mountain Fragrance Study on Technology of Water Extraction and Alcohol Precipitation and Granule Preparation
In order to remove the invalid components and impurities in the extract,the water extraction,alcohol precipitation and particle preparation process were studied.Based on the orthogonal experiment L9(3)4,the ethanol precipitation process for the extraction of Folium Cinnamomi was optimized.The total contents of Ligustrum lucidum and Ligusticum indicum were taken as the indexes of the study.The optimum conditions of alcohol precipitation were as follows:the extract was concentrated to the solid-liquid ratio of 1:1(g:g).Alcohol precipitation temperature 20 ℃.Liquid alcohol content 60%.Standing time 12 h.Alcohol precipitation effect is good.The extract of Fructus Cinnamomi leaves was precipitated with alcohol.Removal of invalid ingredients and impurities.The total contents of Ligustrum lucidum glycoside and Illicium lucidum glycoside all meet the requirements of the experimental standards.The optimized process of water extraction and alcohol precipitation for the leaves of Fructus Cynanchi has good reproducibility.Particle preparation process is easy to operate.It provides a reference basis for the preparation and production of Shanxiangyuan granules.
