多尺度水资源脆弱性评价研究

水资源脆弱性与适应性研究是当前国内外水资源研究的热点之一.本文以陕西、山西为研究区,针对水资源供需矛盾问题,开展了多尺度下水资源脆弱性评价研究.与常见的水资源脆弱性评价不同,本文使用与空间尺度无关的评价指标和函数法评价方法,用于多个尺度的水资源脆弱性评价.初步研究表明,省级行政区尺度有助于把握区域总体水资源脆弱性特征;地级行政区尺度的空间分异比省级行政区明显,部分地级行政区可能对省级行政区评价结果有显著影响;水资源脆弱性大体由南向北升高,评价指标的变化趋势与水资源脆弱性的变化趋势一致;相同或相近的水资源脆弱性评价结果,可能由不同原因造成.根据评价结果,本研究从提高用水效率、实施用水总量控制、开发新水源和治理水污染等方面提出了相应的适应性对策.
Multi-scale Water Vulnerability Assessment Research
Water vulnerability and adaptation of water system is the focus of water resources research recent days.This paper research on multi-scale water vulnerability assessment which was focus on the supply and demand of water resources,and took the Shanxi Province and Shaanxi Province as research area.Differ from conventional water vulnerability assessment,this paper chose the scale independent indices and applied the functional method to adapt to multi-scale assessment.The result showed that,the entire water vulnerability character could be found on province scale,the city scale was more spatial variable than province scale,the results of assessment on province scale could be affected remarkably from several cities,the water vulnerability increased from south to north,the variety trend of indices was the same as the water vulnerability,and the similar assessment results could be caused by various reasons.According to the results,this paper had advanced some adaptations on improving the adaptive ability to water efficiency,applying the gross water utilization control,using new water resources and control the water pollution.
