光动力联合疗法对牙周炎作用研究进展

摘要
慢性牙周炎(chronic periodontitis,CP)是一种主要由牙菌斑引起的牙支持组织慢性进行性破坏的疾病,传统疗法因口腔器官结构微小、细菌易产生耐药性、创伤性等,使慢性牙周炎的治疗面临局限性.光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)具有高敏感性、副作用小、微创、不易产生耐药性、抗菌谱广等优点,有学者将其与牙周治疗方法相结合以克服传统治疗方法的局限性.该文就光动力的原理、光动力联合疗法的研究进展以及影响光动力治疗牙周炎的因素作一综述.
Abstract
Chronic periodontitis(CP)is a disease caused by the chronic progressive destruction of dental support tissues mainly by dental plaque.The treatment of chronic periodontitis is limited by traditional treatments due to the small structure of oral or-gans,the susceptibility of bacteria to drug resistance,and the traumatic nature.Photodynamic therapy(PDT)offers advanta-ges such as high sensitivity,minimal side effects,non-invasiveness,resistance to drug resistance,and a broad antibacterial spectrum.To overcome the limitations of traditional treatment,some scholars have combined PDT with periodontal therapy.This article reviews the principle of photodynamic therapy,the research progress of photodynamic combined therapy,and the factors affecting photodynamic treatment of periodontitis.
