为了从基于认知计算的三支决策(three-way decisions,3WD)理论来解释人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI),从3WD几何结构的角度阐述了人工智能的发展历程、技术分类、关键研究问题以及未来发展方向.这包括人工智能研究中的三大主义、人工智能发展中的 3 种分类、机器学习的 3 种方式、智能本质中的三层金字塔结构、智能生成机理中的三支结构、大数据的三V结构、人工智能伦理的三定律以及人工智能中人类与机器关系的三元结构等.通过 3WD三元组的几何结构和模式,尝试对人工智能中三元处理进行解释.本文工作可对 3WD在大数据分析、知识发现、计算智能、智能信息处理等方面的研究提供参考.
Three-way decision structures in artificial intelligence
To explain artificial intelligence(AI)from the perspective of cognitive computing based three-way decision(3WD)theory,this paper explores the development history,technical classification,key research issues,and future development direction of AI from the perspective of the three-way decision-making geometric structures.This includes the three principles in AI research,the three classifications in AI development,and the three ways of machine learning.Furthermore,this paper explores the three-layer pyramid structure in the essence of intelligence,the 3WD structure in the generation mechanism of intelligence,the three-V structure of big data,the three laws of AI ethics,and the ternary structure of the relationship between human being and machine in AI.The paper attempts to explain the 3WD processing in AI through the geometric structures and modes of 3WD and provide reference for the research of 3WD in big data analysis,knowledge discovery,computational intelligence,intelligent information processing,and other areas.
