Research on modeling and simulation of marine diesel engine mean-value model
The research of diesel engine model is the basis to explore the performance of diesel engine and realize virtual simulation,which can shorten the simulation calculation time and effectively save the development cost of diesel engine.In this paper,taking RK270 diesel engine as the research object,a steady state performance simulation model is established based on the GT-POWER software.On this basis,using the mean value method with high simulation progress and fast calculation speed,the diesel engine average model is established in C++language,concluding the mean value model modeling,calibration and checking process.A binary response fitting method is proposed to solve the difficult problem of processing turbocharger characteristic parameters,and a model with high fitting accuracy in the main working area of the compressor is obtained by means of mathematical tools.The simulation results of 8 groups of working conditions are analyzed after the model development.The accuracy of the model is verified by error analysis,and the modeling theory and method of diesel engine are enriched and perfected.The model proposed in this paper can be applied to the dynamic simulation of the real-time control model or to realize the interaction with the ship power system.
