Adaptive beamforming technology of improved reptile search algorithm
In response to the poor anti-interference performance of the minimum variance distortionless response(MVDR)method under known prior information, this paper proposes a beamforming direction control algorithm based on improved Reptilian search algorithm(RSA).This algorithm achieves control over the direction pattern by setting an appropriate fitness function and iteratively searching for optimal weights.Firstly, the population initialization method based on Sobol sequence is improved to obtain a more uniform initial distribution.Secondly, the evolution factor(E)is improved to enhance the convergence speed of the algorithm. Finally, the fitness function is modified to reduce the sidelobes of the direction pattern for enhanced anti-interference performance.Simulation experiments demonstrate that compared to traditional algorithms, the proposed algorithm achieves deeper nulls aligned accurately with interference signals, reduces peak sidelobe levels, and improves the ability to suppress interference. Thus, the heuristic algorithm has greater application value in the field of beamforming.
