摘要

褶皱对柔性投影屏幕显示效果具有极大影响,而目前关于大尺寸薄膜褶皱的研究较少.基于屈曲理论建立了投影屏幕的有限元模型,采用多种方法提高模型的收敛性和准确性.基于不同情况的模拟分析了产生褶皱的原因,结果表明两侧缺乏约束是月牙形褶皱的主要成因,屏幕下边沿水平变形是结论中放射状褶皱的主要成因.模拟结果与实测变形在幅值、周期、形状等方面基本一致.基于分析结果,对屏幕结构进行了改进,有效控制了屏幕褶皱变形.

Abstract

Wrinkles greatly affect the performance of projection screens.However,there are few studies on the wrinkle problem of large membrane structures.Based on the bifurcation buckling theory,a finite ele-ment model of screen was built and simulated.Various methods were introduced to improve the conver-gence and accuracy of the model.The causes of wrinkles were analyzed by several simulation cases.It is found that the lack of fixation on both sides generates the crescent winkles on edges while the horizontal deformation of the bottom edge leads to radial wrinkles in middle area of screen.The simulation and meas-ured results fit well on amplitude,period and shape.Finally,a wrinkle-free screen structure is designed.The wrinkles are reduced successfully with the new design.
