压剪试验机结构及集中泵站液压系统仿真建模研究

为了提升压剪试验机的整体稳定性与可靠性,对压剪试验机结构及集中泵站液压系统仿真建模方法进行了研究.分析压剪试验机结构,明确该结构的工作原理,确定集中泵站液压系统控制压剪试验机结构的详细流程,采用机械结构专用的Abaqus有限元软件构建压剪试验机结构的有限元模型,在MATLAB仿真试验软件中,模拟分析集中泵站液压系统对压剪试验机结构的有限元模型作用情况,通过仿真模型分析压剪试验机变化情况.仿真结果显示,使用集中泵站液压系统作用于压剪试验机结构有限元模型,能够明显改善压剪试验机的位移变化情况,避免压剪试验机发生变形,提升试验机的稳定性.同时使用该集中泵站液压系统能够降低试验机应变数值,控制精度始终在90%以上,可以提高试验机的可靠性.
Research on Simulation Modeling of the Compression-shear Testing Machine Structure and the Centralized Pump Station Hydraulic System
In order to improve the overall stability and reliability of the compression-shear testing machine,research was conducted on the simulation modeling method of the structure of the compression-shear testing machine and the hydraulic system of the centralized pump station.Analyze the structure of the compression-shear testing machine,clarify the working principle of the structure,determine the detailed process of controlling the structure of the compression-shear testing machine by the hydraulic system of the centralized pump station,use Abaqus finite element software dedicated to mechanical structure to construct the finite element model of the compression-shear testing machine structure,and simulate and analyze the effect of the hydraulic system of the centralized pump station on the finite element model of the compression-shear testing machine structure in MATLAB simulation testing software,analyze the changes in the compression-shear testing machine through simulation models.The simulation results show that using the centralized pump station hydraulic system to act on the finite element model of the compression-shear testing machine structure can significantly improve the displacement changes of the compression-shear testing machine,avoid deformation of the compression-shear testing machine,and enhance the stability of the testing machine.Simultaneously using the centralized pump station hydraulic system can reduce the strain value of the testing machine,and the control accuracy is always above 90%,which can improve the reliability of the testing machine.
