转阀阀芯间隙对泄漏量影响的仿真分析

以孔口流动、平行板缝隙流动为理论依据,通过布尔运算获得分布于曲面上的多边形阀口区域几何尺寸,对该区域通过网格划分,运用流体动力学分析理论,探索出了分布于曲面上的复杂形状阀口处泄漏量的仿真计算方法,对于指导此类转阀的设计计算提供了仿真依据.同时,理论上计算出了给定压力下不同间隙尺寸的泄漏量,对配合间隙的选用提供了参考.同时也计算了不同液体黏度、不同入口压力下的泄漏量.最后对此类转阀在设计、制造、试验中的一些经验进行了简要总结.
Simulation Analysis of Influence of Rotary Valve Spool Gap on Leakage
Based on the theory of orifice flow and parallel plate slit flow,the geometric size of polygonal port area distributed on the surface was obtained by Boolean operation.The area was meshed and the fluid dynamics analysis theory was used to explore the simulation calculation method of the leakage amount at the complex shape valve port distributed on the surface,which provided a simulation basis for guiding the design and calculation of this kind of rotary valve.At the same time,the leakage of different gap sizes under given pressure is calculated theoretically,which provides a reference for the selection of matching gap.At the same time,the leakage amount under different liquid viscosity and different inlet pressure is also calculated.At last,some experiences in design,manufacture and test of this kind of rotary valve are summarized briefly.
