安全阀作为航空液压系统的关键组件,其性能优劣会直接影响航空飞行的安全与稳定.针对某航空液压系统用安全阀出厂试验与外厂检验开启压力不同的现象展开,以试验台压力脉动对安全阀开启压力的影响作为切入点,经过理论推导得到关于压力脉动幅值的安全阀开启压力数学表达式,并进行试验验证.试验结果证明:压力脉动频率对于安全阀开启压力没有影响,但是压力脉动幅值与开启压力呈现负相关.基于此结论,安全阀外场检验开启压力高的问题得以解决.本研究对航空液压元件测试、元件理论性能与实际性能一致性测试具有指导和借鉴意义.
The Influence of Pressure Pulsation on Safety Valves Opening Pressure
As a critical component of the aviation hydraulic system,the safety valve's performance directly impacts the safety and stability of aviation flight.The difference of opening pressure between factory test and external test of safety valves for aviation hydraulic system is studied.The research focuses on the influence of pressure pulsation of test bench on opening pressure of the safety valve.By theoretical derivation,a mathematical expression relating the pressure pulsation amplitude to opening pressure is obtained and experimentally validated.Experimental results demonstrate that the frequency of pressure pulsation has no effect on opening pressure.However,there is a negative correlation between the pressure pulsation amplitude and the opening pressure.Based on this conclusion,the phenomenon of high opening pressure in external test is effectively resolved.The research provides guidance and reference significance for the testing of aviation hydraulic components and the consistency testing of theoretical and actual performance of the components.
