Aplication of DMAIC Method to Solve the Low-temperature Sealing Problem of Electro-hydraulic Servo Valves
This article uses a two-stage nozzle flapper electro-hydraulic servo valve as the research object. The DMAIC method of Six-sigma is used, and the five stages:Define,Measure,Analyze,Improve, and Control Gradually carry out work and solve the problem of low temperature oil leakage in the four sealing mouths of the bottom surface of the valve. And use the finite element analysis method to simulate the sealing site, the conclusion is consistent with the analysis results.Through the work of this team, the number of defects per million sampling DPMO has been completed from 858 000 to 160 000 targets, which actually improves 88.3%,laying a technical foundation for enterprises to welcome subsequent large quantities. The people's understanding of the process control has improved the ability of the personnel. At the same time,it also provides a reference for enterprises to introduce new methods to solve the technical problems of batch product products.
