应用DMAIC方法解决电液伺服阀低温密封性问题

以两级喷嘴挡板式电液伺服阀为研究对象,使用六西格玛的DMAIC方法,按照界定(Define)、测量(Measure)、分析(Analyze)、改善(Improve)、控制(Control)五个阶段逐步开展工作,解决阀底面四个密封口低温漏油问题.并且使用有限元分析法对密封部位进行仿真,结论与分析结果一致.通过本次团队协同工作,完成了每百万次采样数的缺陷数DPMO由858 000降低到160 000目标,实际改善88.3%,为企业迎接后续大批量订单奠定了技术基础,另外本次协同工作提升了各环节人员对过程控制的认识,提升了人员能力,同时,也为企业引入解决批产产品技术问题的新方法,可为企业经营质量提升提供了借鉴.
Aplication of DMAIC Method to Solve the Low-temperature Sealing Problem of Electro-hydraulic Servo Valves
This article uses a two-stage nozzle flapper electro-hydraulic servo valve as the research object.The DMAIC method of Six-sigma is used,and the five stages:Define,Measure,Analyze,Improve,and Control Gradually carry out work and solve the problem of low temperature oil leakage in the four sealing mouths of the bottom surface of the valve.And use the finite element analysis method to simulate the sealing site,the conclusion is consistent with the analysis results.Through the work of this team,the number of defects per million sampling DPMO has been completed from 858 000 to 160 000 targets,which actually improves 88.3%,laying a technical foundation for enterprises to welcome subsequent large quantities.The people's understanding of the process control has improved the ability of the personnel.At the same time,it also provides a reference for enterprises to introduce new methods to solve the technical problems of batch product products.
