摘要
以提升高校教师教学能力和教学质量为目标,聚焦"教师教学质量评价方式单一、评价数据不够客观和评价体系不够完善"等问题,构建评价体系,探索教师教学质量评价的新技术、新方法和新模式,强化过程评价,改进结果评价,探索增值评价,健全综合评价,引导和激励高校教师更好履行教书育人使命.
Abstract
With the goal of improving the teaching ability and quality of college teachers,focusing on the problems of"the single way of evaluating teachers'teaching quality,unscientific evaluation data and non-objective evaluation results",the evaluation system is constructed;new techniques,methods and modes of evaluating teachers'teaching quality are explored;the process of evaluation is strengthened;the result of evaluation is improved;the value-added of evaluation is explored;the comprehensive evaluation is enhanced,so the evaluation system can guide and motivate university teachers to better fulfill their missions of educating students.
