Study on the Mechanism of Influencing the Learning Effectiveness of Farmers'Live Online Classes
It is of positive significance to explore the influence mechanism and deep-rooted reasons of the learning effectiveness of farmers'live online classes to carry out farmers'vocational education and improve the quality of farmers'cultivation.Based on the empirical study of 258 farmer students in five counties(districts)in C City of H Province,we construct a model of the influence mechanism of the learning effectiveness of the live online class composed of the variables of motivation,willingness to learn actively,teaching interaction,platform support,quality of education and teaching,and analyze the data using SPSS25.0,and through the descriptive analysis,correlation test and regression analysis,we find that:(1)The learning effectiveness of farmers'live online class and all the influencing factors are at a high level;(2)The learning effectiveness of farmers'live online classes is significantly positively correlated with all the factors;(3)In addition to learning motivation,the factors of teaching interaction,willingness to learn actively,teaching quality,and platform support directly affect farmers'self-management,learning satisfaction,knowledge acquisition,ability enhancement,and willingness to learn and be good at learning,and there are differences in the degree of the specificity and influencing factors.Finally,the corresponding suggestions are given from the perspectives of promoting the integration of teaching interaction and technology platforms,optimizing course design,and enhancing active learning willingness.
