Design of Automatic Deviation Adjustment System of Tubular Belt Conveyor Based on PLC and Frequency Converter
The programmable logic controller(PLC)communicates with the frequency converter to control the automatic deviation adjustment device,while the configuration is used to monitor and manage the system.A well-designed circuit control scheme is implemented within the pipe machine,facilitating belt alignment and effectively correcting belt deviation to ensure the smooth progression of production activities.Additionally,this design allows for a more convenient and efficient method of manually adding gaskets.
