Research Progress on Hybrid Broussonetia Papyrifera Fermented Feed and Its Influence on Pigs
Hybrid broussonetia papyrifera includes high protein content,rich in various nutrients and natural active ingredients,with high nutritional value.After fermentation,crude protein content is increased,while crude fiber and anti-nutrient factors are decreased,and palatability is improved.When applied to pig breeding,it has no negative effect on the growth and production performance of pigs,and can improve the quality of pork and the environment of gut microbiota.This paper reviewed the research progress of hybrid broussonetia papyrifera and hybrid broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed and its effects on growth performance,slaughter performance,pork quality and intestinal microbes of pigs,in order to provide a reference for the application of hybrid broussonetia papyrifera as a new protein feed resource in the aquaculture industry.
