The Effect of Adaptive Computer Cognitive Training on Cognitive Function of Elderly Patients with MCI
To explore the effect of adaptive computer cognitive training on cognitive function of MCI elderly and its process characteristics.Selecting 60 elderly individuals with mild cognitive impairment as research subjects for pre-testing and randomized grouping,30 elderly individuals in the intervention group received the adaptive computer cognitive training, and 30 elderly people in the control group did not receive the intervention in normal life. After five weeks,we conducted post-test and statistical analysis on two groups of elderly people and analyzed the threshold construction learning curve generated in the training process. The improvement of MOCA and MMSE in the intervention group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);age has a positive correlation with improvement, progressive performance level and initial level, and a negative correlation with learning speed;there are also positive and negative correlations among the three parameters of improvement amount, limit value and starting level(P<0.05).Computer cognitive training program can significantly improve the cognitive function of MCI elderly;Within a certain range, even short-term interventions can produce better results for MCI elderly individuals who are older and have poor baseline abilities;there is compensation effect in cognitive training of MCI elderly.
