摘要

探讨自适应的计算机认知训练对轻度认知障碍老人认知功能的影响及过程特点.选择 60 名轻度认知障碍老人作为研究对象前测并随机分组,30名干预组老人接受自适应的计算机认知训练,30名对照组老人不接受干预正常生活,五周后对两组老人进行后测与统计分析,对训练过程产生的阈值构建学习曲线进行分析.试验发现,干预组前后测进步幅度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05);年龄与改进量、极限值、起始水平呈正相关,与学习速度呈负相关;改进量、极限值、起始水平三个参数相互存在正负相关性(P<0.05).研究表明,自适应的计算机认知训练能够有效改善轻度认知障碍老人的认知状态;在一定范围内,对于年龄大和基线能力差的轻度认知障碍老人而言,即便短时间的干预也能产生较好的效果;轻度认知障碍老人在进行认知训练时存在补偿效应.

Abstract

To explore the effect of adaptive computer cognitive training on cognitive function of MCI elderly and its process characteristics.Selecting 60 elderly individuals with mild cognitive impairment as research subjects for pre-testing and randomized grouping,30 elderly individuals in the intervention group received the adaptive computer cognitive training,and 30 elderly people in the control group did not receive the intervention in normal life.After five weeks,we conducted post-test and statistical analysis on two groups of elderly people and analyzed the threshold construction learning curve generated in the training process.The improvement of MOCA and MMSE in the intervention group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);age has a positive correlation with improvement,progressive performance level and initial level,and a negative correlation with learning speed;there are also positive and negative correlations among the three parameters of improvement amount,limit value and starting level(P<0.05).Computer cognitive training program can significantly improve the cognitive function of MCI elderly;Within a certain range,even short-term interventions can produce better results for MCI elderly individuals who are older and have poor baseline abilities;there is compensation effect in cognitive training of MCI elderly.
