Teachers'moral leadership refers to their ability to utilize their personal charm comprehensively,moral education philosophy,and corresponding methods to guide students in developing excellent moral qualities,forming correct values,shaping active personalities,and promoting their all-round development in life.Developing teachers'moral leadership is of paramount importance for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and promoting the high-quality development of primary and secondary schools.The main barriers affecting teachers'moral leadership currently lie in the teachers'inadequate awareness of moral cultivation,as well as the imperfect incentive and restraint mechanisms and development mechanisms.To further enhance teachers'moral leadership,teachers should strengthen their awareness of moral cultivation continuously,and schools should establish incentive and restraint mechanisms effectively while improving the development mechanisms for teachers'moral leadership.
