论教师德育领导力的内涵意蕴、现实障碍与提升路径

教师德育领导力是教师综合运用其人格魅力、德育理念和相应方法,在教育生活中引导学生养成优良的道德品质,形成正确的价值观念,塑造健全的人格,促进学生全面发展的能力.发展教师的德育领导力,对于落实立德树人根本任务,促进教育事业高质量发展具有极其重要的意义.教师自身的育德意识不强、激励约束机制和养成机制不完善是影响教师德育领导力的主要障碍.为进一步提升教师德育领导力,教师应不断强化育德意识;同时,学校需有效构建激励与约束机制,健全教师德育领导力养成机制.
The Connotation,Barriers and Improvement Pathways of Teachers'Moral Leadership
Teachers'moral leadership refers to their ability to utilize their personal charm comprehensively,moral education philosophy,and corresponding methods to guide students in developing excellent moral qualities,forming correct values,shaping active personalities,and promoting their all-round development in life.Developing teachers'moral leadership is of paramount importance for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and promoting the high-quality development of primary and secondary schools.The main barriers affecting teachers'moral leadership currently lie in the teachers'inadequate awareness of moral cultivation,as well as the imperfect incentive and restraint mechanisms and development mechanisms.To further enhance teachers'moral leadership,teachers should strengthen their awareness of moral cultivation continuously,and schools should establish incentive and restraint mechanisms effectively while improving the development mechanisms for teachers'moral leadership.
