The Role of Young Talents in the Web-Star Village and Its Realization Mechanisms:Based on the Actor-Network Theory
In recent years,the construction of rural material environments in many areas of China has made great achievements,but these beautiful villages are generally faced with the problems of serious homogenization,dependence on government financial investment,unused resources which can not be effectively revitalized,and so on,so it is urgent to break through the barriers to the development of the countryside with rural management.Based on the perspective of the actor network,this paper takes the"Deep Blue Plan"project in Hongmiao village,Anji county of Zhejiang province as an example to analyze the composition and mechanism of actor alliances guided by young talents.The study shows that young talents,with the role of special actors,guide such heterogeneous actors as village collectives,villagers,government,tourists,netizens,and social platforms to transform from village stock resources to"cash flow"assets through cyberspace,which shows better endogeneity,flexibility,and creativity,but also exposing a series of problems.In the future,how to help elites,especially young talents better"embedded"in rural governance,to strengthen the endogenous power of village collectives and villagers as the core will be an important issue of rural management.
